heater ac problem

Default heater ac problem
has anyone had a problem with their heater and or ac only working when it is set on high? when it is on med or low on air speed, it does not work at all. any thoughts?

possibly a bad selector switch.

Isn't there a bunch of resistors near the fan motor underneath the passenger footwell, that select the various speeds that pop?
