You should probably let it warm up a bit before you start getting on it like that.

All the vid's I saw showed the motor running. there 's no way of knowing how warm the motor is the condensation you saw was because of the lack of outside temperature, my guess is it was as cold as a witches tit in the klondike that day...

I had 2.25" running out the back when I had my Magnaflows. Don't know why he would change it after the muffler, but 2.25"-2.5" is about right for our trucks. anything bigger doesn't get you anything.

Today when i was driving my truck my check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership here where i live. They hooked up the CPU and the error code was my O2 sensor and something to do with my cats. There cant be any way that my cats are no good already can they it only has 49k on it? Anyways they asked me if i just put the new exhaust on and i told them yea. They said that my exhaust was to resrictive and it was causing too much back pressure.
So i drove an hour from where i live to the dealership i bought my dtruck from. They told me the same thing. And that my air fuel mixture was not working properly. I drove 65 miles or so on a freeway and i only averged 11-13 mpgs.
Could this be a problem with my exhaust ot something else?????

Two different dealerships told you the same thing, then that's probably what it is. Sounds to me like you need to take it back to the place did the exhaust and make him do it right. And yes, if it's a failed front O2 then it would cause your A/F to be off which will adversely effect power and fuel economy...

Default Cut Pipes

I had the guy cut my pipes off at the end of the mufflers. This is the new sound of the exhaust. Any ideas where to run it to keep a nice mean sound but not to in the cab noise. Was thinkning out the side??\

I liked the dual look out the sides. If you feel that the exhaust was restrictive then why didn't you have them just put larger diameter tubing on the outlets?
Also, an x-pipe will change the tone and output of your exhaust. It's generally a cleaner sound just as your 3rd video prooves. I like the clean sounding of your 3rd video and neither the 1st or 2nd one due to the raspy/crackling. Not a huge fan of that as it grabs too much attention for me and sounds aweful IMO.
Anything popping/crackling or sputtery on decel, i want no part of.

i agree the diameter of the pipes out the muffler will have alot to do with back pressure and sound....you dont want em too big or too small....
