Has anyone on here installed new lash adjusters (hydraulic lifters) on their 4.7L Ram's? I just bought 16 lash adjusters from autozone, i have read the haynes manual and im pretty confident about doing it myself, I wanted to know if there are any tricks or secrets I need to know before I change them out, it seems pretty straight forward..my truck has 106,000 miles on it and I thinks it time to replace them..
