New to the Forum, Simple Questions
I just sold my 2003 330ci BMW and bought an '07 Red Ram 1500 2WD
Quad Cab. I don't have enough $$$ for a lift or enw rims or anything right now, so I just want to get the biggest tires that will fit it. I was thinking of some BFG all-terrains T/A KO 285/65R20 127/124S E . Will these fit or not? What other tires are good that give a somewhat offroad look, but won't cost me an arm and a leg? Also, I wanted some hellas for the taillights...where's the best place to buys these?
Also, i took my 2 12" jl AUDIO subs out of my bimmer and am going to install them in the Ram, but i want to put in a crossover so i don't blow any of the factory speakers when i turn up the bass. What's a sufficient crossover thats not too expensive? I also want to put one sub under each seat but don't feel like spending $400 on custom boxes so for now i will just keep my square selaed box on the back seats
. In the future whats the best box to get under the seats? I look at proboxes that fit the ram's but theyre still about $300. Thanks Guys

level kits are what they are talking about it raises the front even with the back so it sits level...heres a box for ya...http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/S...id/0/SFV/30046 ...may wanna check ebay may be cheaper or even local audio places i got mine for 70 bucks local....
sweet thanks for the link to the box, i'll probably get it here in a week or so. Are there any ported ones like that? I have a sealed box right now, but the amp i have is only pushing 200 watts into each sub when their rms is 300 each so its 100 short on each one...so i want a ported to make up for the wattage loss until i can get a new amp. i got this one for $25 from a friend cuz he's too lazy to sell it and it's worth well over that haha. Yah i'll look for a spacer kit for my truck...any suggestions though? i have no problem finding one on my own...but i'd like to know which one to get from people who know what they're doing haha, any of these good, if so which one is best? i was looking at the Daystar 1.5" leveling kit it looks pretty good to me! http://www.ultimateautoaccessories.c...&Search=CTGLVK (type in 2007 ram 1500 at the bottom to limit the results. for some reason the link doesn't change once you select the specific model). it sucks moving to a new forum...i knew so much about bimmers and now i know NOTHING about ram's. anyways, thanks for the replies
