thanks..how did you connect the guard to the inserts? Zipties?

I've de-badged everything on the truck so far except the rams head. That will probably happen tomorrow. I'm gunna throw one of the Hemi Badges on the gutter grill after I finish though.

Dont think you can get it in copper. The stuff I bought is aluminized steel. You can paint it a copper color however. I would recommend painting the stuff, even if its just a clear coat, or else it will rust in no time.

Yep, zipties. I also sprayed mine with a clear coat to give it some protection

Well, I just did mine...kinda. So, I get everything all painted and worked out, take the grill off and install it all. I stand back, take a look at it, and I hate it. I dunno, maybe I was expecting better but it didnt look nearly as good as the pics depict it. It just wasnt working for my truck so I yanked it all out and instead decided I'd paint the horizontal inserts in the grill black. Looked MUCH better on my truck and for me so now Im happy. Definantly a temporary solution till I get a new grill/hood but this will work fine for now. While I was at it, I painted the radio antenna. I was going to debadge the ram head on the hood but I decided it looked better there until I get some black headlights.

So my verdict, I was personally disappointed. However, it looks great on the right truck like Jays and RamGentrys.

To the OP or anyone else thats done this, did you completely flatten the guards or did you install them with the slight curve in them? I'm painting mine right now to install tomorrow.
i left mine curved, around the edges i used some pliers to bend back excess gutter ****. came out really nice that way, no gaps or anything. except for one part where i cut retardly

gotta suck it up and do it ethan. lol
drill threw those rivets, pound the grill out, and zip tie the gutter guard right on top of the stock grill inserts. cut around the edges ( leave a little excess) and use pliers to bend the excess around the sides. you're gonna use the small holes you took the rivets out of to put it back in, i didn't use rivets to put it back in, i used short thick screws.
