the 2in is too tall for the 06-08...I have it and I get a good clunk every time why suspension travels downwards. You do not need new shocks, and the ones you ordered are alright but not excellent. The tires will look good on those rims, but you might look into getting some nittos or toyos, look as good/better and alot cheaper
and the 2in leveled mine, but I dont know if you would be willing to sacrifice so much ride quality. You dont need new rear shocks, but it will help your ride out alot. And make sure you get an alignment ASAP after install, your camber will be crazy off
dont worry about a PAP or Spring Compressor, a good prybar did more good than either of those putting it in

Pics sometime tomorrow hopefully, i had to drive 1.5 hours to get the truck and there were 3 insane accidents on the way out there...18 wheeler ran over a sports car and crushed it, some serious accident i didnt see but 2 firetrucks/2 ambulances hauling a** to the scene and they shut down I30 for a couple of hours, and a car flipped over in the median completely engulfed in flames...crazy drive huh! well anyways, it took 2.5 hours to get out there so i didnt get home until it was dark outside...and i was just too lazy to take any today haha, but tomorrow ill post some!
