just put on a tuff country leveling kit on my 2006 4x4 dodge ram QC. I forgot to take the measurements before to see how much a lift i got..... does anyone know right off what the measurement is in the front while its stock?

Just get on flat level ground and meaure the front and rear fenders and compare. You can also measure the lower pinchwelds just in front of the rear tire and just behind the front tire and compare.<--won't be as much of a difference as you are getting closer towards each other with the measurements.

i believe Hammer said it was something like 38-1/4"? I'll measure mine when i go out to check on those headers studs for Weed.

the reason i am asking is because i cant tell a lot of difference from stock before i installed the leveling kit.... to now. I have measured and i think that i gained around 2 inches maybe a little less like an 1 in and 3/4. i there is still a noticeable drag. Maybe i should have gotten the 2.5 inch kit.

I wish I could help more man but I just dont have the same truck as you. And like you, I installed first and though to measure last. :-(

I still vote to go to the mall or Wal-mart.....LOL

i gained 2 inches .... found one... measured from the middle of the wheel to the top of the fender....
