You should be fine with an 05. The only negative I have is that I couldn't get the damn thing to work on my truck. Before it will load a tune, it MUST save your stock files so that it is capable of returning your truck to stock settings. But it also, apparently, verifies that what it saves is truly stock. And something about mine wasn't matching up even though I've had it since it was brand new and nothing has ever been uploaded to it. Tech support is very friendly and helpful and they assured me that they would eventually figure out how to get it fixed. But, after 3 weeks of waiting and 1 failed re-attempt, I decided to just sell it.

 

No customizing on the tranny for the 03 huh ? That sucks I just ordered one for my 03 hoping I would be able to do shift points......
