Cool Body lift on top of Suspension Lift

Ive tried looking in some old threads and havent been able to find anything but I was wanted to talk to some people who have put a PA body lift on top of there suspension lift.. Did the body lift cause any issues with the manual 4 wheel drive shift kit on the floor of the truck?? or did the body lift kit come adaptors to make up for the hieght differential??

you just adjust the linkage on the shift lever and it stays right where it is... no problems. i just have a body lift tho... a suspension lift wont make any difference because it doesnt move the t-case.
the only person i can think of off hand who is running a BL and sus lift is rubberfrog...

yeah, it's no biggie... I would have a BL on top of my SL, but I can't come up with an acceptable solution to my grill/guard winch mount after a BL short of fabbing up new brackets (not a problem) AND hacking the bumper (problem)...
