Default Rhino Lined Front/back Bumpers???

So i went to macco usa painting and dropped my grill off to be painted and asked about my front and back bumpers but being chrome they couldnt do them.(I kind of knew that) So My friend said why not rhino line them. rhino line is heavy and sticks well. At least i know on the beds of trucks. what you guys think. Taking the bumpers off and just use roll on rhino lining.I think it would stick good. What would be the procces of doing this. Would i have to sand the bumpers or just roll it on and thats it. truck is black so.... I think it would look good and hold up well. what are the steps of doing this. I want to do this this weeken. Thanks guys,

I would not put it on with a roller. That stuff is not as good as rhino liner or the other spray liners. Bumper must be sanded for any liner to stick well. If you want it done right you will take it to a good reputable rhino liner dealer. That stuff in a can sux in my opinion.

Get them sand blasted and then they should be able to be painted. The rhino lining probably wont be the same shade of black and wont match very well if you're trying to color match it.

If you we're getting them professionally done then it'd be ok. There are quite a few guys who have it done. Just don't use roll on.

The roll on stuff is hit and miss, its all about the prep work. But i have seen rhino lined bumpers on a chevy and it looks good to me. They can color match it to just about any color now too Ive heard.

I think it looks good when the rockers are painted also, but if its just the bumpers Im not crazy about it. The trucks are too shiny to have that dull bumper. They have a high gloss black powdercoat, thats what im planning on getting

Hmm you beat me to the grille. Im looking forward to seeing it done, make sure you post the pics
