You are indeed handling it well.
Sounds like a two man operation. I think I would have at least made arrangements for a helper to be available if someone needed help in loading it on a truck. Customer service is very important in this kind of business.

 

You posted in the thread on DT John. I just looked and saw hemidup posted that a year ago...so maybe he hasnt had any problems since then with them.

 

Way to be a man about the situation. Its a nice change around here man not immediately placing blame on the company right away kudos. I do think a small compensation should be owed to you by sharadon nothing big right but something that says I am sorry for the inconvenience we caused you stuff does happen but we are committed to our service. Hopefully it all works out in the end. Besides could be worse. It could be hennesey you are dealing with. Those guys need to get their chit together.

 

whatever you do, dont **** them off... since you wont have a warranty on it, you dont want to **** them off and risk them not helping you out of "good faith" if you have issues...
just think of all the money you're saving by not driving that gas hog... hell, the tranny will probably be payed off in gas savings by the time it gets here lol

called up sharadon today, just like denny told me to. i called a little too late though, he was already gone. the guy i talked to (i assume jerry) didnt really know what was going on with my particular tranny. all he could tell me was that one shipped today, and there was another in the shop on a pallet, ready to go. ill call back tomorrow morning and find out whats going on for sure.

 

well, denny called me up this morning. that tranny that left yesterday was mine!! im getting excited! tracking shows that it will be in dallas by 5 today. and thats coming from Minnesota, so its making good progress.

 

sweet its in dallas ill go pick it up swap it for mine and you can have that one
