Default Navigation Disc Reading Error

My Navigation suddenly stopped working. I keep getting a Navigation Disc Reading Error, I have checked the disc and its fine, no scratches. I have seen others that have had the same problem but no one has posted and solutions or what to do. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks.

Exclamation Problem Solved

Well it turns out it was the disk. So I went on the internet and downloaded the most current update and burned to a DVD and now it works fine. The only out of pocket expense was about $5 for the blank DVD...

Glad to see you got it worked out. Now go sell that OEM headunit and buy an aftermarket with NAVI on an internal HDD so it doesnt happen again....LOL

There are lots of HU's out there with Navi. You can even sell yours to help pay for a new one. I have a Pioneer AVIC Z1 with updates and upgrades. All of my music and maps are stores on the internal HDD.
