Interior Cargo options?

This question has probably been answered long ago, however I have a Std Cab 04 Ram and behind the seat it appears that the cargo area is equiped to accept some kind of accessary. After numerous calls to my local dealer and conversations w/other owners it remains a mystery. Any help provided would be appreciated

There is a factory storage area that goes behind the seat, it is called "cab back storage". It was part of my base model.
