Default 05 1500 Tails on an 07 1500?

Will it work? I know 02-06 are the same? & the 06 fit but what would I have to modify to make them work? I really hate the bubbly 07-08 tails, they make it look like it should have a bowtie badge :-P

Tried searching but got nothing, even googled.

Thanks!

Yeah might just have to do that. I was hoping that the nightshaded tails and 3rd brake light that 05dodgeramhemi had for sale would fit. Owell thanks anyway Marx

If they don't work I'll bake them and swap the lenses or sell them to a friend. But if I can get em to work possible DIY

The 02-06's have different pigtails/wiring than the 07/08's. You would just have to do a little splicing is all, but they are a direct swap as far as the molds go. Meaning they fit in the rear quarters perfectly.

You sure the splicing will work right? The 02-06 use the upper bulb for the turn signal and the lower bulb for brake lights. Will this not cause some feedback thru the circuits since the 07-08 only uses one bulb for both?
LED's are the best way to go.
