Default hemi tick? or something worse?

At an idle i hear a slight tick... and doesn't change temp wise.. while driving in mid rpm it sounds worse almost like a rattle.. from the passenger side... i have an 05 ram daytona 5.7 hemi with 26000 miles i've owned it since new.. i have brought it back to the dealer several times.. they seem to think its an exhaust leak.. i see no signs of that.. i have changed the plugs.. no change i do have the mopar cai and am not sure if that is causing it to be louder.. i also have the hypertec programed... i only run 93 octane ... any help would be great.. i was almost thinking of trying another dealer...

Thanks-----Brian

Welcome to the forum. This will be moved to the proper forum soon.
Look and feel around the manifold where it bolts to the head. Sometimes the studs break and cause an exhaust leak between the manifold and the head.
