I had a set of 37" bfg mud terrains on my 1500 with only a body lift and cranked torsion bars, and no extra lift on the rear. The tires would rub the front sway bar though. I actually have some pictures on my other computer that I will try and post soon. I took the tires off now and put on some 315/70R17 tires just for the fact that running the 37's with my 4.7 equaled really bad gas mileage. Articulation wasn't the greatest, but I just use my truck in the mud so not much articulation is really needed.

I know someone that has an 04 with a 3" leveling kit and BL on his truck and is running 36" Iroks, which actually measure 36.8" Most 37"s dont measure 37 theyre about 36.5 or less. Interco is one company that underestimates there tire size. This truck still rubs at flex. and his tires are only 12.5 wide. anything wider and he would be eating his fenders going down the road.

I have a total of 6" of lift and will be running 355-65-18's soon which is actually a 36.7"x 14" tire. and that will be the LARGEST tire Ive seen on a 1500 with only a level and BL. I have already trimmed my fenders a little anyway from when I had my 35" Toyos on with only my level. and again. my toyos measured 35.2" tall whereas most 35"s only measure 34-34.5" in height.

LMAO...That was funny as hell.

CRam, check THIS out. Gives a good perspective of what's going on. I'd imagine you have the strut spacers.
And as already stated 37's won't work. Stick with 35's and you'll be good.
