my 07 has that I believe its condensation and a little oil that sits up their. you'll be fine enjoy

i may be wrong but the oil has metal fragments in it from all the moving parts in the engine, like microscopic ones that can be lifted up to the cap with the oil gases and when it sits up there with water condensation all the metal rusts, so yes it is rust.

Yeah, that's not horrible. I was picturing much worse. Change the oil, then in a week or so go for a nice long drive to really heat up any water and boil it off. Maybe do that a couple of times, then change the oil again. Should be fine.

Mine used to do it a long time ago but I cant say ive seen it for the last few oil changes.
