Sorry I forgot to add the air filter is new also.

Sea foam for cleaning dirty injectors? or? Well either way I will get a can tomorrow, I dont know what else to try at this time. And I sure dont wanna go to the dealer, whom I have no faith in.

My suggestion would be to trade it in on a Toyota. In my experience they never hesitate to go. They always react when pushing the pedal....gas pedal that is.

How did the plugs look when they came out? any indication of being lean or fat? Still have fuel filter to change out? Anyone know the TPS test procedure?

The plugs were all white. I didnt worry about it because of the ECM I figured would make sure the A/F was right, but? They were all worn to .060 gap, but they had never been replaced in 94k miles. They all looked uniform to the other.
The fuel filter I am told is not serviceable. Apparently its in the tank? I dont really know anything about the TPS or how to service it. I did turn the key on and wait for the dummy lights to go out and slowly pushed the go pedal down to the floor and let it back up slowly, but it didnt make a difference.
I didnt have time yesterday to get to town and get some sea foam, but I will today.
Thanks and keep the ideas coming.

Same truck, same problem, different codes. I was getting p0404, p0456, and p0457. Cleaned the TB, cleared those and so far they haven't come back. However yesterday I got code p0440. Got an egr valve today. Will put it on later. I put a can of sea foam in the gas tank and about 2/3 of a can in the oil. Seems that the hesitation is gone but its too soon to say for sure.
