I was gonna do this too but I didnt for a few reasons....
1. I like hearing the honk every time I lock the truck so I know its locked, and if my air tank is out of air nothing will sound when I lock it.
2. If someone is about to hit me or something like an emergency and im out of air...no horn when I really need it.
3. If I get pulled over because a cop heard the train horns I can just honk the normal horn to convince the cop that it was the truck next to me

Correct and incorrect. It is all about how you wire it. For example, with mine wired to the OEM steering wheel horn, it would let off a quick blast when I used my OEM keyfob. Obviously is you wired the train horns to a separate switch when you could not do that without extra wiring.

Yeah but if you have a good system and leak free, you should not be out of air. My tank stays charged with 200#s just waiting on me to play with it

True but you would always wire the OEM horns and train horns with a double rocker so you could still use the OEM horn switch but use the double rocker to switch back and forth between the OEM horn and train horn.

And besides, if you get pulled over, he/she already has probable cause and can search your vehicle. If they see the horns then there is no denying it. They are not stupid.
