Default Lift questions

I drive a 2005 4x4 dodge ram 1500 and have leveling keys up front with shock relocation brackets. i was wondering if there is any other lift out there besides a 3 inch body lift or a suspension. Im Pretty sure they dont make spacers for 4x4 or for an 05 but i was just wanting to get the truck a little bit taller.

Any suggestions.

Torsion bar front end, so you use keys instead of coil spacers, same result. After a level (be it coil or key) options are body lift or suspension.
You really have the same options as a solid axle truck, except since there is no solid axle to build off of, support is needed. In some cases a single cross beam is used. In better IFS suspension kits, an entire boxed sub-frame is used. Often, these "sub-frames" are stronger than a sold axle would be. The problem lies in the CV's or "half shafts". They really don't like operating at extreme angles or handling the weight of larger and heavier wheels and tires.
