So I melted my old subs with a new amp I got....its way overkill. I just got a 2200watt power acoustiks gothic series amp and put it in my truck....well....I need new subs and I would like input from anyone who is a bass head! I have enclosures for 2, 12 inch subs and depth and magnet size are not an issue.

 

You looking for big boom, or accurate and loud? they don't always go hand in hand. Probably ought to say what your budget is too, you can spend a fortune on subs if you want.

I am a fan of JBL subs myself.

go with the JL W7!! talk about power and loud!! ohh buddy will pump some serious bass!!

 

my one W6 is loud enough for me, couldn't imagine the W7 especially if you had two of them.
