my drivers side headers heat shield is rattling i believe there is a screw missing, if i cant get a new screw in can i just remove it or will it melt stuff?

 

you know im not sure what they are close to but typically i dont like moving heat shields cuz they will melt stuff. Put LT headers on my camaro and didint heat wrap high enough on the wires and was left stranded on the side of the road when they melted. not cool
