Guttig the cats???????
If you must know, first know a couple other things...
1) like Hammer said, its a felony
2) If you're doing it for performance, just ditch the cat. If you're doing it for performance AND still pass emissions, forget it -- MOST shops can tell somethings fishy if they see cuts before and after the cat where you R&R'd it, so they'll tail pipe test it and you'll still fail
If you must know though, people basically just use a pipe (2.25") and force it through the cat using whatever means necessary (hammer, sledge, ground, etc.)
Again, really not worth it, so dont do it

No i dont think I will be doing it. Weedahoe Lives in Ga as so do I and he doesn't have any cats on his truck and I could have sworn we had to have them. Well thanks for the input
Well cats are required my law on any new vehicle. That is true. Doing anything to alter them can get you into trouble but it is something we all take a chance on when doing. Its true in GA we do not do visual checks or sniffer checks of any kind so we can kinda get away with it.
However, I live in Albany and not a single shop around here will do anything to the cats. You must have them to have the truck serviced by any muffler shop. I had to go out of town to get my exhaust work done

HELL OUT OF MY LEAGUE I'M IN CAPSlol really outside of a racing application you do know this is a truck rite? so why burn it like a muscle car? Doesn't make sense.
