Default truck stalled... no error codes

on my way home from work I decided to give my truck a quick wash and then headed to my sisters place for a few hours, then got in my truck and stared down the road, truck felt like it need a lot of rpm to get moving, then stalled at the corner, checked error codes and it said "done", tried to start it a few times and it wouldn't, healed the gas to the floor and it started, seams to be running fine now.
what would cause this i've got 123000 KM on it
thanks

I'd say the wash was coincidence and the problem has nothing to do with water.
Only thing i can suggest is a tune-up which is due every 30K miles(whatever that is in kilometers..haha)
Could be bad gas, faulty pressure regulator...etc.. There are so many different variables its really hard to say especially with no codes being present.

Sounds like the throttlebody is sticking closed and may need to be cleaned.
