its the TCM that needs to be reset. a DRBIII scan tool is used. The TCM uses your clutch thickness to calculate when, where, and how to shift. it has to learn something like 70 different calculations to make it all work. resetting the PCM will not affect the TCM. so it will still have all the learned calculations from the previous tranny.

all is not good. im having a shuddering issue when shifting into 2nd gear. but between denny at sharadon and andre at edge both helping me out, it should get solved very soon. after much discussion, we think it might be a bad transmission mount. and with that, and the tranny shifting so hard into 2nd, its causing the shudder. hopefully if a dealership around me has the part i will be replacing it monday. if that doesnt work, ill be going over to Edge racing converters, and andre is gonna help me diagnose it, and fill denny in a little better as to whats going on. ill keep you all posted.

most likely not going to have a major update until tuesday. I did install the DSP 91 tune today. (driving with the stock tune was KILLING me) of course that didnt change anything with the tranny, but i wasnt expecting it to. tuesday is when im going over to Edge Racing Converters to drive around a little bit with Andre. (since im letting him drive my truck, im gonna try to drive his SRT-8 Challenger). and im going to attempt to replace my tranny mount tomorrow. that is if the dealer has any in stock.

thanks dedogg! your truck is looking badass as well! i could see you coming from a mile away with that color!
