Man, that trans must be really something. Usually the higher stall converter will soften the shifts some. Thats going to be real fun at WOT. Hang on! I feel this will get sorted in short order. You have all the right pieces to make it work. Good luck...

That would be a no, the last time I talked to thew guys at sharadon they said that their trans and VB's dont free up any hp through the drive train, however, with their better shifts, they usually see about a 3 tenths off in the 1/4.

i spoke with Andre at Edge today. told him what was going on, and what his thoughts on the situation were. without telling him what Denny told me, he told me the exact same thing as him. said its just gonna take a little while for the TCM to learn everything. had a big sigh of relief, and ive got my fingers crossed. i hope this all comes together soon, so i can load my tune back up and start driving normally.

also, the guy that flashed it thought there was something wrong with it for sure, and wanted to tear into it. but all the CVI's are within spec. screw that guy, he wasnt happy when i told him just do the flash and dont touch anything else.

Oh yeah I have read that many times, but to hear how it shifts from someone that has one means more to me than just reading about it on the manufacturers web page. If I got the $$$ after taxes Im gonna order the stage II VB though.

hey truckin, going off topic sorta in my own thread. what are your avg tranny temps with the TC? right now mine is between 115 and 130 in the city. but it still hasnt learned the shift schedule yet. so its shift points are still kinda whacky. and on my 2500, the exhaust is pretty darn close to the test port that the sender is installed in.

140 is where its sitting now. It'll get up to around 160 when it really gets really hot out, but from the chart hammer posted up a while back its well within the "green" zone as far as temps go.

Wow really, That sucks. Even sharadon can't take up some of the slop of these trannies.
