Default 4 Way Flasher location

Hi Guy's and Gals my 2002 ram 2500 4 way flashers do not work, I can not locate the flasher unit for them, I have found the one for the signals, I ahve checked both fuses with a ohm mete and both are ok, I just need some help with the location of the four way flasher unit, any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Ralph

Ok I found it, first thing though, my 2002 is not the 3rd generation, it is the second, 2003 year models is when they changed, so I do not know why my post got moved to here !!!!!
Anyway on my 2002 ( second generation ) I believe that the 4 way and the signal flasher is the same , as when I push my 4 way button down the signal one also makes a noice ( click ) and yet no flashing lights, and the signals work fine and you can hear and feel the clicking in the electronic flasher located near the drivers side door in the fuse panel there. I will be getting a new electronic flasher today and trying it out.

The 02 1500s were 3rd gen. You're correct though, they go to the 3rd gen body until 03 for the 2500 & 3500s.

It's pretty common for DC to integrate the turn signal and 4-way unit together. I think even my 1969 Coronet is interconnected somehow even though they have a seperate switch. Chances are when you change the TS switch, everything will work as usual. Good luck.
