ok im new to the hemi scene i was always a ford man until i drove my truck for the first time and it was love at first redlight.
i have an 05 5.7 liter hemi standard cab daytona edition.
so far all i have done is a cold air intake and a helix spacer with the borla exhaust the comes on the daytona edition.
im looking for suggestions on headers , programers , cam ect .... basicly im not looking to get into internals because it is my daily driver and reliability is definantly a factor

 

Get rid of the spacer....Superchips and Diablosport seem to be 2 of the more popular programmers, though there are others. For a cheap cam, the 6.1 goes right in with a spring change. For a better all around cam for a truck, there's the Comp Cams 260 for the hemi. You can change to 4.56 gears and really have fun with acceleration.

 

I love my new headers and full exhaust. The CAI is a good addition and a tuner is definately going to help.
