delay wipers
my wiper delay is inconsistent - it either has a delay, or just goes steady even when I dial in a delay. low speed works good, high speed works good.
is it more likely in the wiper park circuit, or the resistor in the turn signal stock/wiper controller, or a control module?

Probably the switch in the column. My 2004 has done it for 3 years and I just learned to live with it. it would be a PITA to change in my opinion. Do a search on here to see others that have the same issue.
