get in truck, put on seatbelt, turn key to run, unbuckle, buckle,repeat, repeat, switch ignition to off and wait for a single chime. Done
Repeat process to turn it back on.

Just jumper the wires on the female end of the buckle.

Buckle the seatbelt behind you. Just leave it buckled and sit on top of it.
