Need help looking up brake lines

Hey guys, I was helping a buddy install his exhaust on his ram friday and some how I pinched the right rear brake line. now hes not having any issues yet but Id like to find where I can get the pre bent lines.

its a QC 04 hemi sport and the line goes to the right rear caliper.

would a parts store be able to get this line, or would it be a dealer specific thing?

well thats the manufacture number that weed gave you , ive never seen a parts store sell application specific steel pre bent brake lines, so im gonna say dealer or buy a roll flare it and bent it yourself way cheaper
