The acceleration is nice (really wish I could afford a torque converter) but the shifts look & sound just like my stocker with the torque management disabled. It may be different in person...

Well he is still running the stock shift schedule. But the shifts should be faster and firmer than stock which helps with acceleration and that TQ converter is freeing up a bit of power to the wheels too.
