Lift or Finish Blacking Out?
I thought I was seeing double for a second jroy you related to silver, or do you like coors as do I??theres' two for the dark treatment matty!!
lol yea...well two for black and none for BL and like 5 for nothing. Just got another 100 a minute ago so im up to like almost 500 in bday money. I guess that doesnt go too far in gas though
I am all for blacking out a truck but if you are going to sell it soon you are probably better off doing nothing. Chances are that whatever you do you will not get that money back out of it when it comes time to sell.
Whatever you do, you're not gonna get back when you sell it. That being said, I know how it is when the mod bug bites and you just have to do SOMETHING.
My vote goes for blacking it out. Powdercoat would be a waste of money. Powdercoating is designed for long-term durability. Since you're not keeping the truck long term, you dont need durability. I'd give that chrome a good sand, primer, and color match black with a rattle can, then a couple coats of clear. You might have $30 in paint.
That leaves you with $470 to spend on someone/something you REALLY care about (the girl), and also leaves you with a truck you're content with until you sell it.
