Does anybody know if Mopar is offering any performance upgrades such as computer chips for a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Quad Cab. I was at my local dealer and he said they have never offered Mopar performance upgrades for ANY year of vehicle and I have heard otherwise before. Any info will help.

 

No nothing form mopar although ther are porformance coputers not chip but computers for 2000 and earlier. But as far as 04 there is nothing yet.

 

Superchips is currently working on a new unit for the 04.... I have personally spoken to them and received mail from them regarding it and they are tweeking it for best performance and use.... They hope to have theirs out by early summer.... One rep said they drove the test truck and was very impressed witht the results so far....
So, for what its worht, I am waiting for theirs to come out......
