2007 Ram 1500. Each time its cranked even while hot the RPMs start at about 1,500 and it takes about 90 seconds to drop down to 6,000-8,000. Can this be fixed? Its at the dealer now and they say no. They say its the computer and the ETC.

Please HELP

Anyone having this happen to them?
