Cleaning the TB..... Question
Unplug the electrics on the throttle body.
Take the Throttle wire(one that goes to the gas pedal) off. (open TB and wire slides right out)
Take the bolts off.
Pull the throttle body off.
Dip a paper towel or shop towel into some gasoline(not to the point where it is dripping)
Wipe the throttle body inside down.
Feel free to turn it open.
Once shinny just reinstall and start the engine to make sure you plugged everything back up.

I made a post a month or so ago about what mine looked like, you may be interested. Dont freak out if its really nasty! heres the link https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...body-pics.html I checked out my pcv and egr and replaced em both, but im sure they were not bad.
The difference between our motors and the hemi is that ours our still fly-by-wire, wereas the hemis have the electronic TB (might not be exact terminology), meaning they don't have a throttle cable...
SO, you have to deal with the throttle linkage when taking off the TB. I was too much of a ******** to figure out how to 'disassemble' the linkage, so I just stayed in the engine bay, holding the TB and cleaning it best I could. JusJay gave me a tip on how to take the linkage off, but I didn't read it till after I'd done it, and don't have a memory for ****.
Our 4-7's only have 3 bolts, 8 or 10mm I wanna say. The rest is just as everyone else has said...

After cleaning it, I do have a 'problem' from time to time where the rpm's will drop to around 500 at idle. I haven't tried the TPS callibration yet, but theres a DIY on here that explains it. But IIRC the guys have already explained it pretty well.
