ok, so financially i'm trying to get my sh#$ in order. my dad wanted a truck, so i sold him my ram. i didn't really want to go backwards in years, but i was looking online and found a great 2005 ram, 2500. it's got a hemi and only has 16k on it! the used car dealership is asking $21,999 for it, i looked it up on n.a.d.a and it's about right. i may be able to talk them down. this would make my monthly payments way lower with a 4 or 5 year than i was paying on my '08 with a 6 year. only real problem is this truck is like 300 miles away from where i live. i just love the style of the '02-'05 years.
i would go look at in person , drive it and inspect it . dealer will tell you anything to sell it but its up to you to go look at it and make your own decision on it.
but that price is pretty fair for low miles , i assume its a 4x4 slt . one good thing about a 2500 is its cheap to lift with the SFA i love mine .

yes, it is an slt 4x4. i had an '05 1500, but it didn't have the hemi. a quick question: i returned my '08 to stock tune before selling it, my diablo says it's good for '02-'08 hemi rams. could i use my diablo on the '05 hemi even if its a 2500?
yes, as long as you reset the tune on the last truck, it should be good to go. its the U7137 right?

In February I got my '06 TRX4 QuadCab 1500 with a HEMI 55,000 miles and SLT package for $12500. I thought THAT was a smokin' deal but I'm not sure with the 2500's. I didn't realize that I would be limited on my lift and tire sizes, but I'm going to do a bodylift, it already had a leveling kit and also some 35s
