call around and get a quote its not hard. Its going to be high regardless because youre young and will be driving a truck.

not really. insurance is gonna be high for you regardless. when i was your age, my insurance was like $1300-$1500 every six months. and i was driving a 2.3l 4cyl reg cab ford ranger. and that was with a clean driving record.

oh, and do yourself a favor. dont just get the bare minimum liability. youll be kicking yourself if anything does ever happen

there should not be much if any difference in price for enginge size when I got my new insurance they didn't even ask what motor it had. Best thing you can do is shop around and make sure you are comparing apples to apples. And if you don't understand something make them explain it to you so that down the road you don't need something you don't have becasue you did not understand.

Have you shopped around with other companies? That is the highest insurance I hve ever heard of for someone with no tickets.
