its right above my skid plate, almost in the middle of the truck

 

its that little bolt , should be a key and a bar ...2 total one each side

 

what he said! the picture is the crossmember that the tortion bars mount in. there is one in each lower control arm and they run to that crossmember.

In that picture you can see the adjustment bolt and the keys are inside that crossmember
