Hey guys isn't there a way to find out ur CEL code without having a reader?

I just got off work and everywhere is closed and i would like to know what's wrong w it asap lol.

I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is anyway, but I want to be positive.

I forgot the way to do it though. I kno I've read about it on here.

P0406 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit High

I knew it was the EGR valve again.

It had gone away but lately I haven't been driving it very hard since I'm scared the ujoint is going to like blow out and I'm gonna be stranded lol.

Guess the EGR got clogged up again.

Time to replace it when I do the ujoints

I think there is some kind of key thing. I just go to a store like advance auto parts or autozone and they will read it for free hoping you buy something. Takes like a minute. Then just search the error code and can find all kind of stuff on whats wrong.
