Default back seat question

hey y'all, does the back seat fold forward at all? i tried to find a way to put on a seat cover on the back seats and can't for the life of me figure out a way to get behind it to slip the cover on, i see what looks like a latch or hook on the passenger side or something.

Unfortunately to properly install any seat cover in the back/back rest you have to unbolt remove the seat to unlatch it and depending how far down the back your new cover goes will determine if you need to slit the new material for the seat hook to come through as it hooks down onto a small iron bar piece that is bolted (twice) to the bulkhead. Pretty sure if its a 60/40 seat there are 3 total and if bench only two.
You will need a metric socket and a Power bar to start or a good 1/2 drive ratchet and some power.

yea you can flip the brackets and they will come forward by lifting the seats.

Each set has two torx bolts (a biatch to get out because of the angles) holding the back to the mount. Then flip the hooks on the wall and they will fold forward if you lift the bottom of the seat
