Shift solenoid? 3-4 gear

alright, so i went to autozone to double check and have them check my "check engine light" and this is what i got
P0743-torque converter clutch solenoid condition-PCM has detected an open or short condition on the seolenoid-
-open or shorted solenoid
-electrical problem
P0753-3-4 shift soenoid relay condition-ECM has detected an open or shorted condition on the relay circuit.
-open or shorted solenoid
-electrical problem
