Unhappy Any new SC updates for the 4.7L

I tried out a SC Flash Paq about month ago and i was very disappointed so i took it back. I didnt feel any difference in power, but i did in trans shift points and firmness. My brother in law has an 06 ram with the 4.7L also and he cant stop bragging on how much the Flash paq woke it up. it truely woke it up way more than what it did for mine. I was just curious if there were any SC updates lately that helped the 4.7L? It seems like everything i do, performance wise, never seems to help at all.
Is there any other programmer that supports the 4.7L? Is it simply not worth it to produce one for the 4.7 because it doesn't really actually help?

Im sorry! i meant to post this in the Superchips questions and updates.

What do you mean they will have the 4.7 release soon? Do you mean update? I talked to a diablo sport rep and asked them if they had plans for supporting the 4.7L and he told me yes they were in the up coming months. that was a year ago. I emailed them again about a month ago and never got a response from them. I messed with a Diablo trinity today and it was very confusing, especially with updating it. I did not like it.

I bought a Superchips 3865 back in July to program my 06 4.7 Ram that looks just like yours. My truck had the OE 20s and 3.55 gears out of the factory and on the stock program was a DOG. The Superchips program felt like it ran stronger, but in reality it didn't. I had it at Northstar in Denton, running 91 octane on the 91 octane program and had a good 200+ miles on the program, meaning the PCM had ample time to learn. I made a few passes in the truck on the adapted 91 octane program. I then put the stock program back on the truck. The truck went just as quick on the factory tune as the Superchips. That is when I bought the SCT PRP package for my truck....

Yea HO cam spec 4.7 with a 2008 intake, Airram CAI, 2 1/4" duals and SCT. Quickest pass ever was a 10.34 @ 69 1/8 with a 2.46s 60' time. I have slips for 16.3 @ 84 1/4 that was a 10.54 @ 67 1/8.

Where did you get your numbers from??? Have you had it at the track? What is your 1/8 mile time? What gears do you have? A 7.88s 0-60 run would put you into the 9s at the track and not many quad cabs are in the 9s. I know my truck would have made it with 4.56s and a 3,400 stall though.

Sorry to threadjack, just saying it was DejaVu from my Superchips experience.
