thanks for all the help guys, all i have a dropin k&n. my power wire and rca are on the opposite sides of car so thats not the case. it only makes the sound when im driving not when parked.

Do you have a pinion leak? Maybe a rearend oil change is in order since you have an OEM LSD.

 

yeah it wont do it in park with that stock rev limiter. of the hemis ive heard it seems to be a recuring theme with the whine. personally i think its ba.
all the same check the u-joints. just to be safe.
