i was on a service call today and when i get to the guys house he opens the garage to let me in. he had a nice 05 ram 1500 4x4 black with sport trim with the 4.7l. But wat was odd was it was a stick shift. i didnt know dodge made a manual trans. in 05. are they rare? what other years did they make the? can u get a manual hemi?

 

manual in 4.7s yes till 09 but no manual in hemis except in 2500 and up

 

I don't think so Silver, I think the 2500 Hemi's are ONLY automatic now. You gotta do the CTD thing to get one now. Although I don't know for sure, I would imagine a V6 would have to have a stick option.

 

that suck there are no 1500 manual hemis. they probly would have sold alot of them.

yep, after 2009 chrysler dropped manuals other than for the diesels. I have a 2008 4.7 manual
