This was recently discussed again. I'd say read up here and let us know if you still have questions.

flickered a little bit.
but basically what i got out of it i'll only see a difference if i put my foot to the floor for a WOT, which i beleive is wide open throttle?

yes sir, that's the only benefit I can see from it. The little increase it gives at wide open throttle probably can't be felt by the butt dyno anyways.

Yep well explained, with datalog Temp proof to boot. I never heard anything negative about it on hear. Real Good drawing Matt 99, with my grade 9 education I could understand. I made one at work yesterday, just haven't installed it yet, and was given a quick breif on the resistors colour coding and how to read them as I wanted to make sure it was 4.7K Ohm as recommended.

i was gonna try and get someone to make one for me for cheap because i'm bad with wires ... but i think i'm just gonna toss out the 50 for the airram one. i like the idea of just having to plug it in t.t

It doesn't do anything. I felt no difference with it.

Check out the G-Box at next level.com, I had the basic one when I first started out, as a newbie, and eventually sold it for what I paid to a local guy when I got my first Tuner. Was hard to tell an 8 HP claimed gain on the 345Hp Hemi but I was happy physcologically. I also got one for the Wifes PT Cruiser and it really made a noticable difference and actually helped the tranny shift better (Odd).

I'd offer to make ya one but our Kit at work only had one of those 4.7K in it and my town sucks as we don't have a Radio Shack and the Guy at The Source said I'd have to order them from Ontario (like 3 provinces over 2000 KM away).

Perhaps some good DF samaratan on on here that lives close to you? with a pack of five resistors, could chime in and offer to do you one up and mail it in an envelope then send them a dollar or something for the stamp. You never know.
