Thank you once again everyone. 4matty3 gave me a better idea than a clear coat, I will be using Plasti-Dip flat black for my wheels & brake caliper..... Its going to rain this whole weekend so hopefully I can get them done or I will have to wait another week...

Painted wheels do not oxidise they rust from the inside out is my guess. Take 'em off and have them sand lblested then powder coated, I'm guessing they are steel wheels right? Good luck with those.
If the clad gets rusted I will then remove the clad and have them powdercoated. We need to have CT meet man.... Love your truck....
