Yeah exactly that man. I sold my Jeep and bought this so I could pay for school with the difference. People always wonder how I afford such a new truck but really its an old truck just well looked after.

If you repacked the bearings at every brake job you wouldn.t need a wrecker. Thats why the rotors need too be pulled and inspected, A lot of dealers just put on pads and say have a nice day. Well now everyone here knows.
ps. I'm sorry if this post sounded like the op was at fault, it was not my intention what so ever.

Wish you could but you can't repack em there a sealed unit dude (don't know about a 2500 but on a 1500 pretty damn sure anyways).

OP, i think i've got a bearing problem, i jacked my front left end up and spun the wheel and felt a bit of resistance, did yours have this too? i've been forced to drive on mine for a thousand miles, barely able to pay my bills, planning on fixing it here very soon, just trying to make sure that i have the problem figured out.

The 2500 is a sealed unit as well. Montana there usually is some resistance but as long as its smooth and consistant when you turn it then you are ok. If it feels grindy or easy to turn then hard to turn you could have some problems to come.

Front bearings haven't been that way for quite a few years, since the early/mid 90's at least. Can't do maintenance on the front bearings anymore (makes it more of a bitch to replace them sometimes too).

The deck truck truck was a GMC too . A dodge originally showed up but I'm too wide for even a 5500 dodge and the car dollies to handle lol. Yeah it was a quick fix nothing else got hurt and the truck drives way nicer rolls real fast at idle and is getting better mpg.
