Question Squeaking in the Front Right Under the Hood

So I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 2 wd with about 43,000 miles on it. For about 4 months now I have been dealing with a squeaking noise coming from under the hood on passenger side. I hear it at low speeds driving over small bumps. I have taken it to the dodge dealership and a small body shop. Neither of them seem to hear it. It doesnt squeak all the time but its come and gone when it wants for months now. I heard it alot more frequently when its cold or wet as well. I sounds like really dry rubbing and squeaking. Any help would be great!

I have heard two things, lower ball joints and the sway bar bushings...Just wondering if someone else is having the same issues?

Another thing people have said is make sure your hood bump stops are at the proper height. Try turning them up a little bit and see if that gets rid of it.
