Any pros or cons against the quad or the mega cabs im shopping for a new truck

its gonna be diesel, and lifted 4x4 megas 6 ft bed is fine with me

any reasons not to buy or why i should buy either will be great

 

Do adults ride in the back - or do children/adults ride in the back for long periods of time?
Huge difference in comfort in the rear seat of a Mega vs. QC.

(I don't know if the MC offers the rear under-seat storage that the QC does).

 

nothing beats a lifted mega

 

I would love a CTD MC but I would NEVER buy a HEMI MC. And MC rule over QCs all day.

 

whats wrong with a MC hemi weed?? with the proper gears and mods they are a beast

 

im pretty young so itll be mostly adults in the back, i do like the under seat storage of the quad but i also like the behind seat storage of the mega but definaly stickin with the ctd im trading my reg cab gas and i cant see paying intrest and getting rid of my truck for anything but a big ole diesel

oh yeah no matter what qc or mc its gonna have atleast a 6 inch suspension with probaly 37s i cant wait im just stuck on a the cab size i like how easy you can flip up the quads seats but the mega cabs are just so awesome lol

 

there is more room behind the seat in a MC storage box than a under seat QC , plus the seats recline and fold flat so you can sleep in it if ya want to .

 

Not enough power.

 

comparing a cummins to a hemi is night and day . i give you that but like i said with the proper gears and mods the hemi will hold its own . bottom line they are both 2500's . you just got to decide what engine you want . if you tow allot and drive long hwy trips cummins all the way .
i looked at the cummins in the MC but decided not to go that route based on the fact i dont drive my truck often , the cummins would get gummed up with sitting all the time , the hemi can sit for weeks no problems .
